Comprehension
In section A you will be required to read an extract from one literary text and then answer questions on that passage.
Writing
In section B you will be required to write a creative text. You should spend about 30 minutes on the comprehension section.
To revise you should:
- Continue reading fiction at home
- Learn any notes about writers’ techniques
- Look at your own writing and identify which are your best writing skills and those skills that need improving
You will need all these skills to get good marks in a literature exam.
